Bacchus & Bridles HR Consulting was founded by Rebecca Cianci, a seasoned HR leader with deep experience across higher education, healthcare, technology, retail, and nonprofit sectors. She brings a versatile, people-first approach to human resources that is both strategic and grounded in real-world operations.
Rebecca is also a certified sommelier through the Wine & Spirit Education Trust and a lifelong equestrian—passions that reflect the name and spirit of this boutique firm. The “Bacchus” in our name nods to refinement, culture, and celebration. The “Bridles” speak to strength, clarity, and direction. Together, they represent the balance we bring to every client partnership.
